Winification: Grapes are hand-picked at the peak of their maturity. Soft de-stemming and crushing is followed by fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Skin and cap management was performed by délestage and remontage. After 12–15 days of fermentation, wine was racked clean and transferred for malolactic fermentation.

Kisi is a rare and expressive Georgian white wine made from one of the country’s ancient indigenous grape varieties. Grown primarily in the sun-drenched vineyards of Kakheti, Kisi reflects Georgia’s deep winemaking heritage and unique terroir.
In the glass, it reveals delicate aromas of ripe pear, quince, and wild flowers, layered with hints of honey and stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced, offering fresh acidity, gentle texture, and a long, refined finish. When crafted in the traditional qvevri method, Kisi develops an amber hue with subtle tannins and complex notes of dried fruit, nuts, and warm spices.
